7:30 PM NOI, DEP # 159-1038, 4 Bogastow Brook Lane, Matthew & Danielle Walsh
The 10 trees are not wetland species indicated on the plan. I would like to perform a site visit next week (Wednesday).
7:40 PM OC Amendment DEP # 159- 1023, Grace Lane, Lot 6-3
I will fully review the plan, following a site visit, which I will perform next week (Wednesday). My initial look includes to as for roof drains from the barn and indoor area to be recharged into the ground.
Manure should be stored 80 to 100 feet from the wetland line.
7:50 PM Con’t ANRAD, DEP# 159-1037, 1339-1242 West Central Street, Acme Jazz
I performed a site visit on 9/18 with Ryan Bianchetto from Allen & Major Assoc. and found the wetland line to be accurate, an ORAD can be issued.

I performed a sit visit on 9/18 and found that this deck with be with in the foot print of an existing concrete pad. I noticed that this deck is possibly proposed higher than 8 inches off the ground and I spoke with the building inspector, Lloyd Brown, and this deck does require stars.

I performed a site visit on 9/18 and the found that a partial OCs can be issued for the parcels. The house is complete.
